By using Snagdar you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What Snagdar does
Snagdar monitors public product availability and prices, estimates demand and resale value, and prepares checkout links for you to review. It is an information and convenience tool.
You're in control of purchases
- Snagdar never completes a purchase or handles payment. Every purchase is made by you, on the retailer's own checkout, under that retailer's terms.
- A staged checkout is a suggestion, not a reservation: stock and prices can change before you check out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Snagdar to:
- get around any retailer's purchase limits, queues, CAPTCHAs, bot protection or terms of sale;
- buy event tickets in violation of law (including the U.S. BOTS Act);
- monitor sites you're not permitted to access, or overload any site;
- share your access token or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Some retailers don't permit automated tools; Snagdar does not support those stores.
Estimates, not advice
Demand scores, resale prices, profit and "max offer" figures are estimates based on available data and can be wrong. They are not financial advice. Deal checks and scam warnings reduce risk but can't guarantee a listing is genuine — inspect items and use platform-protected payment methods.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Alerts can be delayed or missed (for example if a store blocks automated checks or changes its site). We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
Accounts
Keep your token secret. We may suspend or revoke access for misuse or to protect the service or others.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snagdar is not liable for missed drops, purchases you make, price changes, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Third parties
Snagdar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Shopify, Walmart, Best Buy or any other retailer or marketplace. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
